3. User Accounts

• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

• Basic features with limited AI credits (5 per month)
• Access to core dream journaling functionality

Premium Subscription

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Lifetime Purchase

• One-time payment for permanent access to Premium features
• Non-refundable after purchase
• Access persists as long as the App remains available

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (dreams, intentions, etc.)
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
• You are responsible for the content you submit
• We may remove content that violates these terms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
