Third-Party Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Stripe, Xero, ClickUp, and others), we access data from those services on your behalf using OAuth tokens you authorize. This may include:

• Profile information (username, follower counts, account type)
• Content data (posts, videos, engagement metrics)
• Analytics data (impressions, reach, performance metrics)
• Financial data (revenue, invoices, transactions) — only from services you explicitly connect
• Ad campaign data (spend, performance, targeting) — only from services you explicitly connect

Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, including features used and AI agent conversations.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered business analytics and insights
• To display your connected service data within our dashboard
• To generate reports, recommendations, and automated workflows
• To improve our platform and AI agent capabilities
• To send you notifications about your account and integrations

We do not sell your personal information or third-party integration data to anyone.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party platforms using their official APIs. When you connect a service:

• We only request the minimum permissions needed for the features you use
• Access tokens are stored encrypted in our database
• You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings, which revokes our access
• We do not share your third-party data with other third parties

4. TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account, we access:

• Basic profile information (display name, avatar, follower/following counts, bio)
• Video list and video metadata (titles, descriptions, creation dates)
• Video performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares)

We use this data solely to provide you with content analytics and strategy recommendations within the Prism platform. We do not post, modify, or delete any TikTok content on your behalf.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security
• OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted database columns
• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• We implement industry-standard security practices

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or disconnect an integration, associated data is removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data stored on our platform
• Disconnect any third-party integration at any time
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy
