These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prism, operated by Animora Media ("we", "our", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Prism is an AI-powered business management platform that provides analytics, automation, and intelligent agents to help businesses manage operations, marketing, finance, and content. The platform integrates with third-party services to aggregate and analyze your business data.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
• One person or legal entity per account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any third-party platform's terms of service through our integrations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform connects to third-party services (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Stripe, Xero, and others). By connecting these services:

• You authorize us to access your data on those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy
• You confirm you have the authority to grant this access
• You remain bound by each third-party platform's own terms of service
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or service availability

5. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

Our AI agents provide analysis, recommendations, and automated actions. Please note:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or tax advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any actions taken by AI agents
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis or predictions
• Tax estimates are approximations — consult a qualified tax professional for actual filings

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide or that is collected from your connected integrations. We do not claim ownership of your business data. We have a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

8. Pricing and Billing

Pricing details are available on our platform. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animora Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Prism.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
